My ad campaign was rejected

NotNoise handles Meta's ad review process for you, so you don't deal with Meta directly. If Meta rejects the campaign after submission, the NotNoise team reviews what happened and you receive either account credit for a future campaign or a refund minus payment processing fees. We contact you to confirm the resolution. See Refunds and cancellations.
