Dashboard overview

Tour the NotNoise dashboard: Home, Distribution, Smart Links, Ads, Playlist Pitching, and Insights.

What's on the dashboard

After you sign in, you land on Home. The main dashboard nav follows the release loop:

  1. Home: your current snapshot, next actions, latest release, and recent activity.

  2. Distribution: release music and manage the catalog you distribute through NotNoise.

  3. Smart Links: create and manage links for releases, playlists, and pre-release campaigns.

  4. Ads: launch and monitor Ads campaigns.

  5. Playlist Pitching: submit tracks for curator pitching and review campaign results.

Below the main items, Insights opens your analytics: performance, tracks, platforms, and audience signals. At the bottom of the nav you'll find Settings and Help.

Home

Home is the fast read: what is live, what changed, and what to do next.

Depending on your account state, you may see:

  • Latest Release: the newest release NotNoise can identify for the selected artist.

  • Grow your release: next actions for that release, moving from Distribution to Smart Link to Playlist Pitching to Ads.

  • Recent activity: playlist adds, chart entries, campaign events, and other reach signals.

  • Distribution status: a compact status card for artists using NotNoise distribution.

  • Locked previews: Free accounts may see previews of paid analytics or growth tools, with an upgrade prompt.

If your account is brand new, Home shows setup actions instead: connect your Spotify artist profile, start a release, or create your first Smart Link.

Distribution

Where you upload music and manage your catalog.

  • Releases: every release you've shipped or drafted, with status badges showing where each one is in the delivery pipeline.

  • New release: start a release with audio upload, metadata, artwork, and release date.

  • Imports: pull in releases distributed elsewhere so your whole catalog lives in one place.

See Distribution overview.

Your most-shared surface.

  • Smart Links list: every link you've created, with click counts and a quick share button.

  • New Link: create Release Links, Pre-Release Links, or Playlist Links.

  • Click any link to edit it (platforms, design, email capture, tracking pixels) or open its analytics.

See Creating a Smart Link.

Ads

Ads handles the Meta Business Manager complexity so you don't have to.

  • New campaign: pick a track, set a budget and duration, review the creative, and launch.

  • Live campaigns: follow impressions, clicks, reach, and estimated streams as reporting comes in.

  • History: past campaigns and what worked.

See Getting started with Ads.

Playlist Pitching

When you have a track to pitch, this is where you launch the campaign and check results.

  • Create campaign: pick a track, choose a campaign tier, and the A&R team takes it from there.

  • In-progress campaigns: see which curators have been pitched and who has responded.

  • Results: a transparent report of placements, declines, and curator feedback.

See How playlist pitching works.

Insights

Your analytics home. If you've connected your Spotify artist profile, Insights brings supported platform signals into one place:

  • Overview: performance digest, key metrics, and top content.

  • Tracks: song-level performance, scoped by your plan and distribution state.

  • Platforms: per-platform detail, with the deepest views for Spotify and YouTube.

  • Audience: how listeners found you, playlists, recent activity, and audience signals.

See Insights overview.

Settings

Settings lives at the bottom of the dashboard nav.

  • Artist: your Spotify, Apple Music, and platform connections.

  • Profile: name, email, password.

  • Billing: plan, payment method, invoices.

  • Privacy: data export, account deletion, consent.

See Account settings and Managing your subscription.

Mobile

The whole dashboard works on mobile. Most artists check Insights and respond to campaign updates from their phone. Heavy creation work (designing a Smart Link, launching an ad) is easier on a laptop.

Where to start

Brand new to NotNoise? In this order:

  1. Connect your Spotify artist profile.

  2. Start a release for your next track, or create a Smart Link for music that's already out.

  3. Check Insights once a week.

  4. Run a Playlist Pitching campaign in the first week of a release.

  5. Consider an ad campaign once a track is gaining traction.

That's the working artist loop.
