Managing your subscription

Upgrade your plan

1. Go to Settings > Billing.

2. Click Upgrade or Change Plan.

3. Select your new plan.

4. Confirm payment.

Upgrades take effect immediately. You get prorated credit for the remaining time on your current plan.

Downgrade your plan

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to all features until then.

If you downgrade to Free:

• Existing smart links keep working

• You can't create new links beyond the 3-link limit

• Insights reverts to the Free preview

• Email capture and tracking pixels stop working on existing links

• If you distribute through NotNoise, distribution follows its own cancellation rules and grace period: see Cancelling your distribution plan

Cancel your subscription

You can cancel anytime from Settings > Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, and no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

First-time subscribers can request a full refund of their first subscription payment within 30 days of the charge. See Refunds and cancellations for the full policy.

Switch billing period

Switch between monthly and yearly billing from the Billing tab. Yearly billing gives you 4 months free: pay for 8 months, get 12.
