I want to change my artist name
Artist name is locked once Spotify or Apple Music is connected. This prevents data mismatches. If you've rebranded, contact support@notnoise.co and we'll update it manually.
My payment failed
Update your card in Settings > Billing. NotNoise retries failed payments automatically over 3 to 5 days. If unresolved, your account reverts to Free but all data is preserved.
I need a refund
It depends on what you bought:

Subscriptions: first-time subscribers can request a full refund of their first subscription payment within 30 days of the charge. Renewals and upgrades are not refundable.

Playlist Pitching: refundable in full only if the campaign ends with zero placements.

Ads: refund eligibility depends on where the campaign is in Meta's submission process. Once Meta approves and runs the campaign, the budget is committed and no refund is available.
Email support@notnoise.co with your account email and, for campaigns, the campaign ID. The full policy is in Refunds and cancellations.
I see different pricing than the docs say
Docs reference plan tiers and campaign price ranges, but the live source of truth is notnoise.co/pricing. Prices may shift over time, and regional VAT or local taxes can change what you pay at checkout. If a price quoted in a doc looks wrong, trust the pricing page.
