I can't access Insights

Insights requires a connected Spotify artist profile. Go to Settings > Artist and connect your Spotify, then open Insights from the dashboard nav. Data usually appears within a few hours.

Free accounts see a preview. Artist-level Insights across supported platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Apple Music, and more) require a Pro, Max, or Team plan. See Insights plan access for the full breakdown.

My data looks stale or incomplete

Insights is not real-time. It refreshes automatically for paid artists, and new artists or new releases can take a few hours to gather enough platform data. Not every platform reports every metric, so a missing number usually means the platform has not provided that data yet.
